Description du poste

2 Hour Learning is building the most efficient AI-powered learning system in the world, compressing a full school day into two hours without compromising outcomes. Behind that vision sits a USD 50M portfolio of fast-moving EdTech initiatives, and the VP of Program Management Office decides whether those initiatives ship on time, on budget and at quality. You will operate the execution engine that drives vendor performance: portfolio dashboards that expose slippage before it becomes a surprise, vendor scorecards tied to real contractual commitments, competitive bid packages that make trade-offs clear, and contract controls that prevent unsupported spend. AI is part of your daily workflow, helping you standardize updates, detect anomalies, compare bids, analyze vendor performance and validate invoices. This is not a PMO role built around meetings or polished status decks: it is for an operator who wants their work to have consequences. What you will be doing - Maintain live, AI-powered dashboards across 25+ initiatives, ensuring accuracy, visibility and timeline enforcement. - Run vendor check-ins, build rubric-based scorecards and surface insights that drive scope cuts, reallocations or offboarding. - Assemble dual-bid procurement packages with structured comparisons and clear scopes to support vendor selection. - Track contract and invoice integrity, ensuring every dollar aligns with deliverables, caps and signed documentation. - Use AI daily to detect anomalies, draft reports, chase updates and power all your outputs. What you will NOT be doing - Treating vendor management as relationship maintenance while missed commitments go unchallenged. - Passing contracts, SOWs, invoices or procurement decisions to someone else because they look too commercial or technical. Candidate requirements - 5+ years in program management, portfolio management or PMO leadership roles overseeing complex, multi-initiative portfolios. - Ownership of a multi-initiative program or portfolio (USD 5M+ scope) with direct vendor involvement. - Experience building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards or tracking systems that executives relied on. - Experience using AI-enabled dashboards, anomaly detection, predictive alerts or natural-language analysis in portfolio management. Working conditions - Remote, full-time (40 hours/week), semi-flexible schedule, long-term role. - Compensation: USD 200,000 per year. Recruited through Crossover; you work as an independent contractor with weekly payments.
