A full-time, on-site RPM & Implementation Manager is sought in Yaoundé to lead fibre-optic access-network construction and delivery. Responsibilities - Develop implementation schedules and resource plans, monitor daily progress and resolve delays. - Assess project risks, material shortages and quality issues; maintain early-warning and progress reporting. - Oversee aerial and underground optical-cable installation, ODN deployment, splicing and network testing. - Manage quality inspections, OTDR and optical-power tests, fault rectification and acceptance. - Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment. - Track quantities and BOQ, maintain as-built records and support GIS-based documentation and digital quality control. Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical field. - At least three years in optical-cable construction, FTTH/FTTx delivery or telecom implementation. - Team/subcontractor coordination, optical testing, acceptance and fault-handling skills. - Verifiable previous employers and project experience. English and French required. - Over five years, large multi-region projects, relevant certifications and customer references are preferred.
