GEDU Global Education is hiring a Business Development Manager for student recruitment in Cameroon. LinkedIn lists a remote, fixed-term position; the contract duration is not specified. Experience in study-abroad education is mandatory. Responsibilities - Identify and develop partnerships with student recruitment agencies and education or training providers. - Help the team meet recruitment targets for each intake and increase enrolment. - Maintain relationships with partners, customers and internal stakeholders. - Train new recruitment partners, attend business meetings and negotiate opportunities. - Analyse customer feedback, market opportunities, competitive positioning and financial data. - Work with programme teams and executives on service quality, cost efficiency and business growth. Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, accounting, marketing or a related field. - Proven business-development management or similar experience, specifically in study-abroad education. - Microsoft Office proficiency. - Strong analytical, management, negotiation, decision-making and communication skills. - Organisation, commercial awareness, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
