We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. Responsibilities: - Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars. - Maintains files and records, and updates the database to ensure data accuracy. - Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments. - Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations. - Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues. - Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organize team-building activities and events.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 -5 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. - Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) - Familiarity with CRM or database systems. - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Reliable internet connection and back-up power supply. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
