The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment and related facilities. They oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, manage the maintenance team, and guarantee the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, automation, and utility systems. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all production equipment and ancillary facilities in the flour milling plant. - Manage, lead, and develop the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration/air conditioning, and utility technicians) in line with the organizational structure. - Organize and allocate technical resources to ensure effective 24/7 maintenance coverage and full technical support to production. - Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to guarantee optimal equipment availability at controlled costs. - Ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards, QMS procedures, HACCP, GMP, and ISO requirements, as well as all company safety regulations. - Manage and update all technical documentation, maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, and CMMS data (SAP, Sage X3, or equivalent maintenance software). - Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate improvement actions based on equipment performance trends. - Supervise and coordinate all external contractors and service providers performing technical work on site. - Manage spare parts inventory, ensure availability of critical components, and optimize maintenance store stock levels. - Organize staff training, performance evaluation, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also ensuring energy efficiency monitoring and participation in maintenance system development.

Profil recherché

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage. - Required Experience: 5 years of experience in the agri-food industry. - Languages: Fluent in English and French. - Strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis. - Ability to lead, manage, develop, and evaluate multidisciplinary maintenance teams. - Advanced knowledge of wheat flour milling processes, including grain handling, cleaning, milling, sifting, and packaging systems. - Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, SCADA systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), instrumentation, and automation troubleshooting. - Sound knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, Sage X3, or any equivalent maintenance software. - Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 22000, food safety requirements, and maintenance compliance procedures. - Preferred Certifications: Maintenance Management Certification, Reliability Engineering Certification, HACCP Certification, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000.
