OHCHR - Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights is hiring a Human Rights Intern, Central Africa Regional Office in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Key facts: - Organisation: OHCHR - Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights - Location: Yaoundé (Centre region), Cameroon - Application deadline: 2026-09-29 About the role: The intern will assist in monitoring developments (human rights, politics and conflict) in the Central Africa region: follow-up on human rights issues and cases in line with treaty body mechanisms and special procedures, preparation of a monthly review of the human rights situation for the office report, maintenance of the office information and resource tools, contribution to internal and external reports on the work of the Central Africa Regional Office, note-taking in meetings and conferences, and support in organising workshops.
