Kids complete a full day of academics in just two focused hours, then spend the afternoon launching podcasts, painting murals or perfecting back-handsprings. That is the 2 Hour Learning model that powers Alpha Anywhere, and the AI-Driven Learning Analyst is the strategist who keeps it running while helping reinvent it for the future. In this role you drive better student learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and real-time academic insights, measured by metrics such as learning velocity (2x), app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy and reduced negative learning. Candidate requirements - Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies. - Experience with generative AI, prompting techniques and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript or similar) for querying AI APIs. - Proven use of AI to analyze data or automate workflows with measurable efficiency gains. Working conditions - Fully remote, worldwide, full-time (40 hours/week), long-term role. - Compensation: USD 60,000 per year. Recruited through Crossover; you work as an independent contractor with weekly payments.
