The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination between customers, delivery teams, healthcare partners, food providers, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about serving communities in need. Responsibilities: - Monitor and track food and medication orders from placement through delivery. - Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. - Follow up with customers regarding delivery status, service issues, and special requests. - Escalate urgent customer concerns and delivery issues when necessary. - Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs.

Profil recherché

- High school diploma or equivalent. - 2+ years of administrative, customer service, operations, or office support experience. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
