We are seeking for a detailed-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders. - Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to project future financial outcomes. - Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions. - Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. - CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling software is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently. - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial planning tools. - Applicants must have a stable high-speed internet connection, a working laptop, and a reliable backup power source to maintain consistent work performance and communication.
