Enterprise renewals are changing. The best people won't spend their days chasing paperwork — they'll spend them shaping the AI that replaces it. This isn't a traditional enterprise renewals role. You'll own Trilogy's most valuable customer relationships while working alongside Fiona, the company's AI renewals agent. Fiona handles the preparation, analysis, contract workflows, and follow-up. You handle the conversations that matter: executive alignment, commercial strategy, complex negotiations, and the judgement calls that decide whether a strategic account renews and expands. Your work also feeds back into the system: every negotiation, objection and outcome helps improve how the AI supports renewals, so the operation becomes more autonomous over time. What the role offers: - Pay set on global value, not the local market: 200,000 USD per year. - Fully remote, worldwide — work from Cameroon or anywhere. - Full-time (40 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule. - Long-term role.
