Job description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the school's HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting a positive work environment. Responsibilities: - Payroll & compensation administration: manage payroll and employee benefits, ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations - Personnel administration: maintain accurate employee records, oversee contracts and administrative documents - Training & staff development: identify training needs, organize and monitor staff development programs - Performance management: implement performance evaluations, support managers in tracking objectives - Employee relations & HR compliance: foster a positive workplace climate, ensure adherence to labor laws Location: Douala – The Bridge International School.
