About Ecoflow Ecoflow is a global leader in portable power stations, solar energy storage solutions, and smart energy technology. We are expanding rapidly across Africa and are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to grow our market presence in Cameroon. We are seeking ambitious, results-driven professionals with strong experience in either the solar energy industry or the 3C electronics sector (mobile phones, ICT, and consumer electronics). Successful candidates will play a key role in developing Ecoflow’s distribution network, driving retail sales, and expanding market penetration across their assigned regions. Position Summary The Sales Representative (SR) will be responsible for driving sell-in and sell-through activities for Ecoflow portable power stations and related energy solutions within Cameroon. The role requires strong channel management capabilities, excellent retail relationship management, and the ability to execute sales growth strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities - Develop and expand Ecoflow’s retail and distribution network within assigned territories - Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Drive both sell-in and sell-through performance across retail channels - Manage product visibility, merchandising, and stock turnover within partner stores - Build and maintain strong relationships with chain stores, distributors, independent retailers, and specialty outlets - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities - Train retail staff and channel partners on Ecoflow products and value propositions - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports - Ensure timely feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer demands - Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store activations to increase brand awareness and sales
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on sales experience within: Solar energy industry, OR Mobile phone/ICT industry, OR Consumer electronics sector - Strong understanding of the Cameroon retail and distribution market - Proven experience managing retail channels and dealer networks - Demonstrated success in executing end-to-end sell-in and sell-through strategies - Existing working relationships with key retail stakeholders (chain stores, specialty electronic outlets, solar energy retailers, independent retail networks) - Must own a personal computer for remote reporting and sales data management - Must have access to a private vehicle for regular field visits and partner engagement - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Willingness to travel frequently within assigned provinces.
