OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset and PTC, is hiring a remote Head of Marketing. The role is listed as “Anywhere in the World” and targets a hands-on, AI-native marketer who can own marketing strategy and execution. Role overview: - Take ownership of marketing across several areas rather than follow a fixed playbook. - Use AI agents, automation, integrations and structured workflows to deliver real marketing work. - Work with technical tools, local development environments and AI tools to navigate marketing and technical tasks. - Speak with clients, understand the business and identify the strongest marketing opportunities. - Own areas such as SEO, GEO, AEO, content partnerships, customer retention and expansion, paid advertising and client analytics. - Move from opportunity identification to execution, measurement and improvement. First weeks: - Learn the products, industry, competitors and ecosystem. - Speak with customers and analyze existing marketing data and activities. - Identify where marketing can have the biggest impact and build a concrete plan. Compensation: - Published range: USD 75,000 to USD 99,999 per year. - Approximate monthly equivalent: 3,664,000 to 4,885,000 FCFA/month. - Conversion used: about 586 FCFA per USD. Profil recherché
Strong experience using AI agents, automation and advanced AI workflows in daily marketing work. Hands-on technical marketing skills, curiosity about customers and business context, ability to work across SEO/GEO/AEO, paid acquisition, content, customer marketing and analytics. Experience marketing technical products such as software, SaaS, WordPress or similar is preferred. The candidate should work independently, adapt to shifting priorities and connect marketing activity to business results.
