Nordhealth is the leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals. This role sits within the Revenue Operations function and is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and health of our HubSpot portal. The HubSpot Specialist is a hands-on technical resource focused on keeping HubSpot running cleanly and reliably as a core piece of our go-to-market infrastructure. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing HubSpot access and permissions across the organisation, including onboarding and offboarding users and maintaining role-based access controls - Assisting the Senior RevOps team in maintaining the integrity of HubSpot data and infrastructure (properties, pipelines, associations, workflows, and integrations) - Supporting the management of HubSpot integrations with third-party tools (e.g. billing systems, support platforms, data enrichment tools), including monitoring sync health and flagging issues - Auditing HubSpot assets regularly to identify redundancy, data quality issues, or configuration drift - Acting as first-line support for HubSpot queries, triaging requests and resolving straightforward issues independently - Escalating more complex technical or architectural issues to the Senior RevOps team with appropriate context and documentation - Supporting the RevOps team in deploying and testing workflow logic, automation, and reporting infrastructure - Assisting in maintaining internal documentation for HubSpot processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub - Solid understanding of HubSpot's data model — contacts, companies, deals, associations, and custom objects - Comfort working in an operational or technical capacity, with a focus on platform integrity rather than campaign execution - A methodical approach to troubleshooting — you ask good questions, document what you find, and communicate clearly about what you've done and why - A genuine eagerness to learn and a sense of ownership over your work - Fluent English, written and spoken - HubSpot certifications are a plus, as is experience with Operations Hub - Exposure to RevOps tooling or CRM administration more broadly is a plus
