In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, providing exceptional service before, during, and after their trips. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, itinerary updates, supplier communications, and problem resolution while delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online messaging platforms. - Assist clients with travel-related questions regarding destinations, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel documentation requirements. - Provide support for travel reservations, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and supplier communications. - Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - Coordinate with travel suppliers, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within company systems. - Educate travelers on available travel products, services, promotions, and travel protection options. - Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience. - Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination information, supplier updates, and travel policies. - Meet customer service performance expectations, including response times and customer satisfaction standards.
