Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout their travel journey. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, providing exceptional service before, during, and after their trips. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about the travel industry. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, itinerary updates, supplier communications, and problem resolution while delivering a positive customer experience. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule while helping clients create memorable travel experiences. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online messaging platforms. - Assist clients with travel-related questions regarding destinations, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel documentation requirements. - Provide support for travel reservations, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and supplier communications. - Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - Coordinate with travel suppliers, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within company systems. - Educate travelers on available travel products, services, promotions, and travel protection options. - Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience. - Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination information, supplier updates, and travel policies. - Meet customer service performance expectations, including response times and customer satisfaction standards.
