micro1 is engaging Semiconductor Devices and Microelectronics Experts to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on advancing semiconductor technologies and microelectronics solutions. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work: - Analyze and provide insights on semiconductor device physics, operational principles, and recent advances. - Evaluate and discuss microfabrication techniques, including process integration and yield optimization. - Contribute technical assessments on device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies. - Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconducting device fabrication. - Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI model training purposes. - Deliver structured feedback on project data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness. - Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other domain experts within the platform.

Profil recherché

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline. - Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering. - Proven understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing. - Hands-on exposure to modern microfabrication and process integration techniques. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience contributing to technical publications, patents, or collaborative R&D projects is a plus.
