Job description

We’re seeking a Human Resources Officer with experience in peoples Management, legal and Insurance Management. Key responsibilities include: - Responsible for all disciplinary processes conducted in the branch, ensuring compliance with the company’s code of conduct and procedures. - Effectively preside over all disciplinary hearings within the area. - Competent representation of the company in Social disputes in the Douala branch. - Effective Management of Health Insurance policy. - Participate in safety forums and comply with safety policies.

Requirements

- Minimum of a first degree in Human Resources, Business administration or Business Law. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR or legal practitioner with specific reference to industrial relations. - Experience within a blue collar, labour management environment advantageous. - Sound legal experience and IR background. - Good communication skills and computer literacy.
