Elemental Claims LLC seeks a full-time remote Appointment Setter supporting homeowners with property-insurance claims. Applicants need not live in the United States; worldwide recruitment includes Cameroon. Responsibilities Respond to interested homeowners, qualify leads, make follow-up calls, answer questions, handle objections, schedule appointments for field representatives/public adjusters and update the CRM using supplied scripts and workflows. Pay Fixed monthly base: approximately 583,700 FCFA. Additional commission: approximately 116,740 FCFA per lead that becomes a signed client. At the target of ten signed clients monthly, indicative total pay is 1,751,100 FCFA/month; this is not guaranteed. Indicative conversion on 18 October 2026: 1 USD = 583.7 FCFA. Requirements
Near-native American spoken English, familiarity with US conversational culture and availability during US business hours. Confidence, persuasive communication, objection handling, reliability and CRM skills. US customer-service, sales, appointment-setting, insurance or home-services experience is strongly preferred. No degree or minimum years specified.
