Role overview: - Speak with inbound callers and help them understand their credit situation. - Provide consultations and determine whether the company's services are a good fit. - Work toward daily KPIs, assisted-client targets and revenue goals. - Use sales skills to enroll qualified customers in appropriate services. - Work from home in a performance-driven sales environment. Compensation: - 100% commission role: draw or commission, whichever is higher. - First month training draw: USD 500, approximately 293,000 FCFA. - Average first-year OTE: USD 3,000/month, approximately 1,758,000 FCFA/month. - Top first-year OTE: USD 4,500/month, approximately 2,638,000 FCFA/month. - Conversion used: about 586 FCFA per USD.
