SPIRO is seeking a Field Quality Engineer in Douala. The role reports directly to the Country Head, with functional reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Quality. RESPONSIBILITIES - Inspect products against defined quality standards and assess customer-delivery quality. - Implement the quality-system strategy and propose compliance improvements. - Report conformity, warranty rates, rework and rejection indicators. - Write product-test and quality procedures, maintain control plans and support quality-awareness training. - Investigate root causes, implement lasting corrective actions and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders. - Support special projects and monitor employee goals and accountability. Profil recherché
- 5–10 years in customer or field quality, mainly in two-/three-wheeler assembly. - BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Fluent English. - Understanding of motors, controllers, VCU, wiring harnesses and engineering drawings. - Basic IATF/ISO requirements and SAP knowledge; proficiency in quality tools. - Problem-solving, decision-making and performance-management skills. - Electric-vehicle and lithium-ion battery knowledge preferred.
