Job description

Welltory is a leading wellness app with over 17 million downloads in 130+ countries, mostly in the US, and more than 200,000 five-star ratings. At Welltory, we're building an app that helps millions of people understand what's happening inside their bodies and what to do next. We're looking for a Marketing Brand Designer who will shape how people experience the Welltory brand across every touchpoint. You'll help define how Welltory looks, feels and communicates, from the App Store and social media to reports, partnerships and future brand initiatives. What you'll do: - Design App Store assets (ASO) that communicate product value clearly. - Create visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and other marketing channels. - Design blog covers, reports and editorial visuals. - Create landing pages, campaign assets and partner materials. - Build and maintain scalable brand design systems. - Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, product designers and motion designers. - Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation and production while maintaining high design quality. Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing or Visual Design. - Excellent portfolio demonstrating typography, composition and visual storytelling. - Strong Figma skills. - Ability to simplify complex ideas through design. - Attention to detail and consistency. - Experience working across multiple digital formats. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Krea, Runway or similar. Nice to have: - Experience with health, wellness or consumer apps. - Motion graphics or illustration skills. - ASO experience. - Editorial or long-form content design. - Startup experience.
