Toggl builds simple yet powerful tools that help teams plan smarter and work more profitably. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role. You own your Tribe's direction, prioritization, and outcomes while working hands-on with design and engineering to ship work that matters. Your main responsibilities will include: - Setting clear direction for your Tribe and defining goals. - Making strong prioritization decisions and sequencing work sensibly. - Building real understanding of user problems through customer calls, research, and data. - Shaping solutions with design and engineering. - Leading designers within your Tribe and staying close to execution. - Defining success upfront with clear OKRs and KPIs. - Using AI tools extensively in your daily work to increase speed and impact.
Profil recherché
- Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Extremely high bar for product quality and strong product judgment. - Problem-first thinker starting from user needs and business impact. - Ability to define and own outcomes rigorously. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast. - Strong understanding of product-led growth principles. - Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
