Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: acquiring existing letting agencies and building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. Your mission will be to turn complex, real-world data into structured insights that directly improve performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities - Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance - Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks - Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement - Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches - Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence - Strong SQL skills (mandatory) - Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.) - Structured, systems-oriented mindset - Strong attention to detail and data quality - Ability to translate data into actionable business insights - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment - Strong communication skills in English
