KM International recrute un(e) Tele IV Officer à Douala. Main Mission: Detect fraud, mitigate fraud and risk and ensure operational process is adhered to. Qualifications: - Minimum Licence (BAC+3) / Maîtrise (BAC+4) Certification - Ability to work with little or no supervision - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office / Word, Excel and Outlook) - Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods - Must own an Android smartphone - Be able to speak, listen, and express oneself clearly over the phone - Fluency in French and English for daily investigations, reports Dossier : envoyer votre CV mis à jour avec pour objet « Application + job title ».
