We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Admin Assistant to support daily business operations and assist the management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. - Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries as required. - Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents. - Maintain organized digital filing systems and confidential records. - Conduct research to support candidate sourcing, client requirements, and business initiatives. - Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings. - Handle incoming communications and ensure timely responses. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting records. - Assist in organizing virtual events, workshops, and team meetings. - Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Profil recherché

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Previous experience in an Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Outstanding reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
