Job description
Help establish and oversee the company's internal control framework, ensure operations follow procedures, identify risks, and support compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Key responsibilities: - Monitor compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, particularly commercial workflows and data. - Analyze administrative, logistical, commercial, and financial data to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and risks. - Participate in internal control and audit assignments, conduct verification work, and document processes and workflows. - Track the implementation of recommendations and action plans with relevant departments. - Prepare clear, factual reports, summaries, and meeting minutes, and provide regular progress updates. - Contribute to improving internal control tools, methods, and reporting, including the development of the internal audit methodology for Mama Holding S.A. - Provide support for special assignments and other duties requested by management. Requirements
Required skills and knowledge: - Solid understanding of risk management and internal control principles, corporate finance and accounting, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in office software, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Ability to analyze workflows, identify risks, gather and cross-check data, and produce concise summaries and reports. - Strong research, writing, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills; able to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team. - Professional ethics, discretion, initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role or in audit, management control, accounting, or finance. Experience with commercial management tools is an advantage. - At least a BAC+2 degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification in accounting, finance, management control, or audit. - Professional credentials such as CFE, CRMA, or CIA are a major asset. - Familiarity with audit or management software is an advantage.
