Profil recherché
PhD in biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics or related STEM, or equivalent research/industry experience. Hands-on biological-data analysis and English C1+. Python and/or R; relevant tools include BLAST, samtools, GATK, Bioconductor and Biopython. Strong statistical reasoning and technical communication. Linux, reproducible Nextflow/Snakemake pipelines, AI benchmarking, publications, patents or open-source bioinformatics contributions are advantageous.
