We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at PIL Cameroon. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding the company’s market share in Cameroon, Chad and Central African Republic (CAR). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends - Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer relationship management - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients - Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system - Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation; insurance industry experience may also be considered - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bilingual English and French
