Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children's rights and equality for girls. Working together with children, young people, supporters and partners, Plan International strives for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges girls and vulnerable children face. The Risk Management & Internal Control Intern will support the Risk Management & Internal Control Department in strengthening internal controls, promoting compliance and enhancing risk management practices across Plan International Cameroon. Main contributions: - Support internal control reviews across country and field operations. - Contribute to partner liquidation checks and verification of supporting documentation. - Support donor compliance monitoring activities. - Assist in audit preparation and follow-up of audit recommendations. - Support documentation management and archiving of control evidence. - Contribute to risk register updates. - Support the organisation's commitment to accountability and transparency.
Profil recherché
- Minimum BAC+2 (HND) en audit, finance, comptabilite, management, droit, commerce, banque et finance, economie ou domaine connexe. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Integrity and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. - Experience in the NGO sector, particularly with child-focused organisations, is an advantage. - Applicants must be aged 26 years or below. - Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
