CIMARA Company Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversee engineering projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Technical Leadership: oversee technical design and execution of engineering projects - Project Management: lead project planning and execution - Advanced Reporting: analyze site data and prepare technical progress reports - Quality & Safety Oversight: implement QA/QC protocols - Strategic Resource Management: optimize allocation of materials and equipment - Complex Problem Solving: resolve high-level technical challenges REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 6 years of experience in a Senior Engineering role (construction, civil, or structural engineering) - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Advanced ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints and CAD designs - English and/or French
