Join EyeLabX as a Technical Project Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing our digital health ecosystem. This position focuses on integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, and IoT, to create a seamless health-tech platform. Collaborate with our Lead Project Manager and engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Responsibilities: - Support Project Planning and Coordination: Facilitate the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring cohesive integration across software, AI, blockchain, and IoT systems. - Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, blockchain engineers, IoT specialists, and product teams to translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks and milestones. - System & Integration Tracking: Monitor the integration of multiple components, such as apps, backend services, AI models, and IoT devices, identifying and resolving integration risks. - Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, delivery milestones, and technical blockers, providing clear updates to the Lead PM and stakeholders. - Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage technical and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity and stability of development cycles. - Agile Delivery Support: Support Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to maintain delivery discipline. - Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate project documentation and continuously improve workflows and coordination efficiency.
Profil recherché
Experience: 2–4 years in Project Management or Technical Program Management within a tech environment, with a preference for cross-functional engineering team experience. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, AI/ML systems, blockchain, and IoT workflows at a conceptual level. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Core Competencies: Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive execution approach. Nice to Have: - Experience with AI, blockchain, or IoT product development. - Familiarity with digital health, wearable devices, or health-tech platforms. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with distributed or remote engineering teams. - Exposure to token-based ecosystems or Web3 applications. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (optional).
